The Guidelines for the Prevention of Sexual and Gender-based Harassment within the Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina were developed by a panel of judicial professionals from across BiH. The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH adopted the Guidelines in February 2015. The panel developed the Guidelines with financial support from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, technical and financial support from the Office for Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training and DCAFGeneva, and technical support from the Atlantic Initiative.
